We came here for a birthday party and it was very very well organized! It wasn't that crowded and the party leads (kaayla and Jack) did a good job getting the kids in line and guiding them to the next experience. The leads were very attentive and were even playing with the kids! My son unfortunately walked into a gate (he's clumsy) and the response from the team was immediate! Without even asking we had three separate staff come check up on him and one even came running with ice in a ziplock! Facility is also very clean which is crazy considering it's a kids place!

Not cheap but an awesome place for your kids and even yourself! Had so much fun with my daughter and all she wants to do it go back. Have had 2 birthday parties there already!

Great place for kids (and adults alike) tons of stuff to do to keep you busy and bouncing. You can really work up a sweat here really fast. You sign a waiver of course so be careful. I like the toddler time in the morning because my son can jump without a million people all over him. You buy your own socks so when you return you have them already which is nice. I like that they had a concession stand to get drinks and stuff to eat also. This is the reason I moved to LI, for places like this

We have been to the newly updated Bounce several times post covid for a number of birthday parties. I have to say: this is one of the most well run in door play places for birthday parties. They keep the kids organized and together, smoothly going from one activity to another. My girls love the zip line and the playground! It can get expensive and busy-so plan your days accordingly! And obviously if you go later, there are alot of the older kids-so if you have little ones, early is better. Workers: I have to say there are a lot of workers and most were very helpful! They were watching the kids, making sure they were playing safely. Only thing I dont care for is the arcade. Cruddy games and just a money pit. I wish they would just add more things for kids to do or tables and chairs. There are so few games-it seems a waste of space. Overall: I love the remodel and I hope they keep the organization and how well run it is continuing moving forward.
